Grief Support

Grieving is individual and yet as the people of God we journey with one another on the path to healing.  In order not to feel alone in this experience we gather together and share our pain of loss.  Through scripture, prayer and bereavement resources we begin to understand our grief and begin the process of healing, and to minister to one another to help live with the one we lost.

Over the course of the year, the group meets for sessions that run for five weeks, to take place on Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. – Noon in the Church Annex (room is located on the NORTH side of the Church – use the entrance by the Veranda).  After one five-week session concludes, there is a break and the next group of begins. Check the Parish Bulletin for start dates.

For more information and are interested in joining the group please contact Deacon Richard Blake or Lori Humenik, Family Life Coordinator, at the Parish Office (231-0671).
